Dear Heloise: I've been using a seam ripper, which you can purchase in
the sewing section of a department store. The small, Y-shaped blade
easily fits under the cellophane or security labels, and all it takes
is a quick rip up the side to lay open the packaging. This is a great
timesaver.

The government is unresponsive to the needs of the little man.
Under 5'7" it is impossible to get your congressman on the phone.
