Using your rules, you could use a 12v deep cycle Golf Cart battery, a
two amp or less float charger, and cheap clip or clamp on reflector
light and a 75 or 100w 12v frosted medium base bulb.......... and a
luggage cart for the battery and the light.
You would have to rig up a plug adapter, that isn't a big deal.
The backpack starter battery won't last through many charges. You are
better of with a deep cycle battery.
