Are you talking about video closeups of the
doorknobs, or pans around a large room?
There is nothing that can light up a room that
you would want to wear on your head. There
is no LED light source *at any price* that will
do architectural lighting like you are asking
about.
A typical consumer camcorder quite possibly
would not even notice if that light were on or
off. You are asking for several orders of
magnitude more light that that.
