Another info to make things more complicated. Yesterday I bidded on
this matte-box on Ebay.

Is anyone using a similar one?
They provide some rubber donuts to cushion the contact between lens and
matte-box. What I realized now is that the Sony and Century WA have a
96mm and 95mm respectively up front.
Now I wonder if the hole in the matte-box, without any donut, will let
the lens through. I guess it will, because it takes 4" x 4" filters,
but just barely or through some additional filing on the plastic.
The reason I went for this matte-box, instead of the Century one, was
because I could then use the filters with the wide angle too, rotating
them if I wanted to. The Century sunshade wouldn't allow me any
rotation.
Was this a bad move?
