I'm using Intervideo WinDVR to caputre video, and I'm just wondering about
the resolution settings. The settings for 'DVD quality' specify a resolution
of 720x480. Why wouldn't it be standard DVD resolution of 640x480? Is 720
better or will there be some funny scaling going on if the 720x480 video is
burned to a DVD?
