Load mp3 file, go to menu [Special] -> [Auto Cue...] set a cue every 5:00 -> [OK]. Go to
menu [File] -> [Save Split], name segments.
Also, if you'll be burning audio CDs and are able to use cue sheets, Bob's your uncle.
