I've had a gutful of this fuckwittery up in canada. Check fraud under
$5,000.00 is just a waste of the court's time and is always an uncondtional
discharge. Any fraud under $5,000.00 is waste of the court's time. Drug
charges don't even go to court yet the ham and eggers who download some
shit at 128 bitrate are considered criminals. This is insanity.
