What do you mean by "editing titles"? Do you mean "authoring"? If so,
one of the most widely used "One Click" applications is TDA:

However the latest version has a goofy licensing scheme so people
avoid it and use the previous version.
Whatever you decide, stay away from Ulead products. They are crap.
