the liteon that was sold at RS was an LVW-5104 and it came with the
3hr speed. (2,3,4,6 hr)
the video specs in the instruction book show this to be equal to SVCD
specs.
the pict quality at this speed is excellant.
there are software downloads to make other liteon models record at this
speed.
these machines are also region free w/a few presses of the remote
control.
