Don't know that I Can answer your question but AFAIK DV+/-R doesn't have
region codes your talking about. Possibly your burning to a region of the
disc the player can't read. Could be a limitation of the player or your
making discs that don't fully comply to the standard. It's also possible the
player has a problem reading the brand of discs your using.
A good source of knowledge. I like the layout.
