What idiot has the case for a disc in a player in some other room?
The case for ANY disc in my player is AT my player. Duh!
The fact that some dopey fuck doesn't "notice any problems" doesn't
many none are caused.
After having a collection for 15 years, would you rather pull out
that old flic to watch it again, knowing that all of your discs are in
pristine condition or pull out that fat fingered for years remnant of
a data storage disc and finally see what the result of all the abuse
you applied to it causes.
Also, if I ever have to return a defective disc for replacement, the
likelihood of getting it replaced is orders of magnitude higher if it
doesn't appear as if the defect could be from other than manufacturing
error, such as SIMPLE improper handling.
So my question would be if it is so simple to do, and is the right
way to do it, why would some stubborn fucking retard not know that the
correct plan is conformity, and that with conformity comes knowledge
and order.
