i just wanted to ask about the music channels you know.. its that most
of people in my country watch VIVA, which together with MTV and other
shitmusic channels ruin my private perception of what good music is (or
at least might be). their music has been slowly acquiring a new
attribute "volgaris".. arent you tired with it?
i recently turned on TVsat and i noticed that its softly turning music-
into soft prono channels, stuffed with ridiculous barbie-downs who
implicitly inform you that they might have cu*t between their legs.. +
a bit of lefthanded content.
arent you tired as well?? why dont they try to promote sth good.
from what i know - american culture/democracy is still subordinated to
the overhwlming power of their caddish province (-> hence the power of
the blonde idiots they promote all over the world, most of them embody
a charm of a provintial hooker). however, dont you think that e.g.
europe might require some marketing adjustments ...?
of course im not a music expert, what i like is still quite poular.
however this new movement based on some assumption that demonstratin of
a "pussy", sex will be a better song promoter than e.g. the quality of
voice is horrifying me. and other bad marketind ideas such as
concentrating on the singers ability to create an earworm instead of
good music. i once saw a good document about punk spirit where e.g.
jarmush and rollins said some good things about it:

most of all they were claiming that whats responsible for it was the
conversion of an artist into a commercial product.
great. still i would expect that the music companies would be more
concerned about delivering their customers the highest value, well the
most of all.. and it seems that they got trapped in some subliminal
kind of marketing attitude (like the statement: pussy might attract
more than a good sound).
recently i noticed that americans have promoted paris hilton.. she
doesnt sing really well, shes neither beautifull nor very ugly, she
never played in nothing special.. but shes massively promoted..
(probably theres enough cash for it). sounds like the a fake?? doesnt
it..?
