There were 1.2 Billion DVD's sold last year.. I'd love a part of that

It's hasn't been a great start... but I suspect come January we should
see a number of interesting announcements from CES.
Folks that claim DVD is here forever ignore Hollywoods fear of piracy,
and the ease that we can copy DVD's.
The push for HD will come from the Studios.

True.... but the viewer is not the key. It's the content supplier.
They are very concerned about the easy of piracy.
I look forward to the quality improvement, and given the chance to buy
either one... I will spend my dollars on the higher quality product.
