I'm not sure why you think I'm making up some sort of number that I
want 3 disks a day or something. I have had netflix a long time. They
pretty much did their business the way you describe. The throttled me
once last year and I raise a stink about it and they stopped and gave
me a free rental. They did it again this year. Now since for a long
time the were delivering disks on time, similar to what you describe,
then all of a sudden deem that my usage is too much (I have a wife and
kids that go through movies like water), suddenly I'm being throttled,
even worse than before. So when I complain, why is it wrong? Why am I
now the bad person because I want what I was promised and previously
delivered. You've got assholes like Derek who think anyone who has a
high volume of disks must be copying for some reason (now that's a guy
who needs to get outside some time). Why is it you're sticking up for
Netflix when they're clearly not delivering what they once did and
promise to do? How is my request all of a sudden unreasonable?
