I guess you're assuming then that 99% of all PCs running Windows 2000 or
newer are in english language... a percentage that *I* would question.
For example, the german "Program Files" folder ist called "Programme". So,
if you install this crapware it *additionally* creates a "Program files"
folder. I'm pretty sure that's what the OP meant.
Being a software developer myself this behavior also p*sses me off, because
in *every* higher computer language you have easy to use interfaces for
getting the "program files" location, independent of the users' native
language settings. Hardcoding it is simply plain stupid.
