I suppose you might loosely say that.
The clip was of Benji Schwimmer at the height of the excitement on the
TV show "So you think you can dance"
Benji and his family are personal friends of mine and they attend many
of the dance conventions where I do the video work. Any publicity
derived from the video being on her site was of benefit to Benji and
not to me. He is a fabulous dancer and a very nice young man.
This was also considerably different than someone making copies of a 6
disc set of convention videos and giving them away or selling them.
