Hi,

I just got my $ back through Paypal from tunebites for being defective
and deceptively marketed. They did not even protest.

When I tried to uninstall it, I could not because it was still running.
I didn't run it. It installed itself to run hidden at boot time:
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [tunebite.exe]
"D:\dat\tunebite\Tunebite\tunebite.exe" -hidden

It also installed and ran d:\Temp\_iu14D2N.tmp in half a dozen registry
keys. No legal, legitimate program would install it's executables in
/temp, pick a random file name like this and sprinkle it all over the
registry.

Then, there's /windows/prefetch/_IU14D2N.TMP-1A27EABF.pf

This is spyware, a virus or worse.

Is there a way to refer these people for prosecution in Germany?
