One thing I want in a new MP3 player is fast startup and good FM
radio. The Creative Zen Vision M I played with in the store seems to
resume playing after power-up impossibly fast for a hard disk player.
Is it possible that, on initial power down, that it only goes into
standby? Or does it boot up within a few seconds even if left off
many hours?
Still, there's one issue that will probably be a deal-breaker for me.
It's great that the user shortcut and back keys make it easy to flip
between FM and MP3, but when you return to MP3 play from FM, it does
not resume playing the music from the point you left it. Instead, it
returns to the beginning of the song, stopped.
(Any hope of a firmware update to fix this?)
