Your experience seems unusual to me. My company has used UPS frequently for
years. I can't remember the last time we had a problem. We have had a few
packages returned because our clients provided a wrong address (or we did).
We have received a few packages over the years that had shipping damage, but
not with a frequency that would alarm. I have a manuafacturing client that
ships 200 plus packages per day with UPS. Their problem rate is very low,
and they track shipping issues as a performance factor for their department.
(Amazing what you learn about video clients isn't it?) I have no interest
or stock ownership in UPS. Just a customer.
