So, uhm, you don't have many friends among Avid-users huh? Are they too
geeky for you? :-))
Ireckon the answer should be somthing like: in broadcast/film, there will
be more Avid-users. In the independent world, FCP wins hands down (the
independent world is always working with the latest trends-of-the-day). For
home use I think FCP, Premiere take the lead, followed by Vegas, followed
by al the others.
But, for the original poster: be smart, learn Avid and FCP, so you know
best of both worlds.
