Can I suggest scanning for rootkits before you get too comfortable btw

A rootkit is essentially "above" any virus checkers or spyware checkers
you install, and can control everything Windows tells you about your
system - they're starting to become a more popular method (although
still fairly rare) of exploiting a machine because of the difficulty
killing them off.

- initially i'd suggest Blacklight Beta from F-Secure as its a little
bit friendlier than Rootkit Revealer :-}
