Not so. I am letting people know the true facts.
1. My DVD disc, the one I have in my hand right now, has the active
coating on the bottom surface of the disc. Therefore any contamination
on the top of the disc has the full thickness of the plastic to
penetrate before it can reach the active coating.
2. Common areas in subdivisions are not maintained by individual home
owners.
3. Houston is not located on a desert - it is located on a swamp.
