My first thought is try them in a normal DVD player and
see how they play there. One thing that may be an issue
(although I'm not sure just how ... ) what audio format did
you use ?? Many of the video editing/DVD creation programs
(Ulead and others) default to mpeg layer 2 for the audio. While
this IS a valid format for PAL, the NTSC DVD spec says that
one of the audio tracks must be AC3 or LPCM. That said,
*most* players seem to handle the DVD ok if you only have
the audio as mpeg layer 2 (the default). I have run into some
players though that behave strangely (or will not play the
audio at all).
