They - Intel - can't figure out yet what they do. They end up dumping every
single CPU they ever made for about $40. However, they do make a shit load
of windfalls when they get public to buy in on *new*
speeds/processors/fill_in_the_blank.

Does anyone have a good idea what a good Chinese fabrication plan would
charge to copy a 3 month old P4 CPU? It probably only *is* $40.
