Why? You are aware that "full internet access" just means an IP#, and
nothing more. It doesn't mean mail service, news service, hosting
service, etc. Service != access. I can use any mail service I wish to
from my IP#. I can even do it myself if I had my ISP hosting my domain
name.
And many smaller ISPs don't have bundled NNTP service - you have to get
one on your own.
