Sorry if that isn't clear. I'll correct it in the post. What I mean is
that even if I never got a chance to play the discs, I made sure they
weren't defective by going through them with the player's scan function
at a higher speed (8-10x). You see, if there is an error, the player
will still freeze at that point even if it running through the disc at a
higher speed (though above 10x, it might skip over a defectrive passage).
