High speed scanning will pick up major errors, but not all of them.
Some
players will pause for a few moments at an error then jump over it. It
you are watching closely, you can sometimes catch it but usually it goes
by so quickly you will not see it. Also, scanning will not reveal
problems
where the picture is pixilated.
