You obviously didn't get what I said. I said the same info (hence
same FM signal) being recorded in two different locations on the disc
itself. Since a CLV disc slows down as it progresses to the outside
of the disc, the same info appearing in two different places should
have the same pit sizes and shapes since the track passes under the
head at the same rate.
