Well, three of them: Sony's still going down with their own ship, and
Disney is owned by Apple, who wants to keep the codec in the QuickTime
family.
As for Fox and Lionsgate, it's all too easy to run over the hill, once
one side or the other starts grabbing the flags.
(Oh, and that would be FOUR major studios, since MGM/UA is technically a
Fox company now.)
