Would appreciate advice on what would be considered minimum
requirements for a PC to edit on Premiere Elements.
What speed processor?
AMD or similar dual core?
How much RAM - 2gb? Is 4gb significantly better?
How many and what size hard drives?
Do hard drives that are connected via USB work OK?
Seems like I recall reading that hard drives need to be
minimum 7200 RPM?
I plan to use a Canopus ADVC-110 to transfer video to hard drive.
Would Premiere Pro require more.
Please, no big discussions re: pros and cons of PC vs Mac.
I'm not at all interested in switching to a Mac.
