Does anyone have Charter as their ISP? I do and I think that they port
block / throttle bw when people use winmx. Has anyone experienced this
problem? Has anyone figured a way around this. Winmx is useless for me as I
can't dl or ul anything at home. At work it functions well (Verizon is the
ISP at work) I have tried different port settings for TCP & UDP but no
luck. Any help would be appreciated.
