 You do realize you have to be a primary to run a chat, so you do need a bit
 more bandwidth.
 I wouldn't be concerned about the extra load a chat would add, as it's only
 text.
 
 But to give you an idea,...a normal full letter page of text is about 8kb.
 The normal chat post is a sentence or two,....so only a few bytes.
 A small MP3 is about 3000 kb
 So normal file up/downloading is going to take far more resources than any
 chat.
