They are indeed delivery specs.
Full raster HDCAM SR.
You'll be able to mix all sorts into the production but as long as you
provide a tape meeting SMPTE 274M specs you'll be right.
Despite these guideline Discovery still fails to understand what makes a
good documentary. The c**ts.
