What causes a 1-second offset in the sound on an ImgBurn DVD disc?
How do I fix it?
Voices play in sync on the Windows XP computer from the
c:\MOVIE\VIDEO_TS\VIDEO_TS.IFO file but when I burn this movie from the
hard disk to the DVD using ImgBurn, the sound is off by a second or less
when played in a DVD player.
What causes this offset in sound from correct when the files are on the
computer to incorrect when the DVD is burned and played?
More importantly, how do I prevent this sound out of syncronization from
happening?
