As DLS has said, sellers do as you suggest...until they get their first
chancer/pillock who starts whingeing about a perfectly good item sent
promptly, knowing they can hold a neg to your head.
Feedback should only be completed when the transaction is complete, so as I
seller I won't give it first, but do as a buyer. If you *have* paid
promptly and not messed them around then no seller is going to give you
anything other than good feedback.
