Correct. It's more commonly known as Customer Satisfaction. The deadbeats
who leave negatives without even attempting to ask the seller for a
resolution are the worst kind to deal with (as you can't deal with someone
who refuses to speak to you!) - plus, what's the point in trying to make a
buyer happy once they have told the world you're naff!

I love it when sellers call me a nit-picking S.O.B or worse (or slightly
better). It just proves they don't have the mentality to sell me a product
that is worth the money I paid (usually 1p CDs on Amazon).

Mind you, I'd spent 20 odd quid with one seller, and ended up with 2nd class
postage, so I moaned about that.

My usual moans usually relate to description (or lack of one that is
accurate). New and Sealed for example, doesn't imply it's actually wrapped
in cling film surely? :-)

My pet hate is broken jewel cases, usually spindles (or less than 50% of a
complete spindle) with no loose parts in the package. Meant it was sold
broken (new implies broken jewel case does it?)

I also like sellers who send a shipment notice. Not too much to ask, hell,
even a copy/paste effort works for me. That way, if a seller says he sent it
Monday by 1st class post, and I ain't got it within a few days, I can chase
him up on it. Never liked it when sellers answer the chase up, with it has
been sent on such and such a date.

Asked one seller if he had posted the CD yet, he says it should be on the
way. SHOULD? is it or isn't it? If it comes, Neutral. If it comes with a
postmark AFTER I asked, Neg. No other option worth my time.

I am a hard customer to please, but if I am pleased, the seller receives
excellent praise. Wouldn't it be nice if all sellers actually TRIED to
impress 100% of their customers?

I'll shut up now :-)
