I just bought a DVD recorder, and Magix Movies on CD & DVD.

Here's what I'm trying to do; copy home movies from VHS to DVD on the
recorder (no chapter stops, titles, etc.). From that DVD, create a new
DVD, using the Magix product, with chapters, titles, etc.

Basically, I want to copy the recorded DVD into my PC, and then create
the edited DVD.

The Magix box claims that it "captures from camcorders.........., and
CD/DVD", but I just cannot figure out how to "rip" the DVD. The
recorded DVD was finalized, and it does play on my PC.

I bought it all of Friday, today is Saturday, and Magix customer
support only does the Mon-Fri thing.

Any suggestions?
