Pretty much every singer that is a part of a group nowadays also does 'solo
projects'. Do you have any cite to confirm that she quit, as I have not
heard that?

2 slow songs (thus, very little stage movement) vs. one upbeat song that
showcases the talent, from what I heard. Again, they were looking for a
backup dancer, not a lead singer, so how well a person can spew out a ballad
is of no relevance to the needs of the group.
