Telewest were uncapped but since they have become virgin that's now
changing.
They are doubling speeds to 20mb for the top users , but the top 5% users by
volume are going to be limited to 5mb during peak hours (5pm till midnight I
think) and they mention a figure of 3gb per evening being enough to get you
in there - obviously less than a single DVD.
I can queue downloads during the day or when I go to bed but it's just a
pain I could do without.
