The nearest model I can see with a hack is a Toshiba SDK270
1.Power on.Press "setup" on remote control.
2.Select desired language
3.Select Tv System, change to NTSC
4.Exit menu. Open tray
5.Press "2403960" on remote. The number 4 will appear. Press enter on
remote repeatedly "9" appears.
6.Close tray
7.Set is now multiregion.
