I'm pretty sure Magnavox is just another "no-name brand" that gets stuck on
typical generic supermarket cheapie kit.
That said , prices like this can only help drive down the cost of quality
branded kit which is a good thing.
I've set myself a price of about 650 to 700 quid for a 42" 1080p TV from a
good make with a picture quality I'm happy with before I replace my CRT.
At the moment a suitable set seems to cost around 1k and the picture
quality isn't quite there yet. I reckon on at least a year or so till my
card is in danger
