I often use most the ones above, but it's probably mostly play.com for R2
and dvdpacific.com for R1.
I too had to change my credit card when that site was hacked, but that was
like 4+ years ago or something silly like that. Since I didn't lose any
money (and suspect nobody else did either), I gave them the benefit of the
doubt because of their excellent service and good prices. I don't regret it
one bit.
www.dddhouse.com is also a good site for R3 dvds.
