Buyer beware... Bought one last Christmas then in April the screen failed.
Called support and was accused that it was my fault. That I dropped it and
treated it badly. Did not. It was just like brand new. Turned off and next
morning when turned on the screen was faded with horizontal lines. Bought
through Dell Canada.. They do not deal with 3 third party warrenties.
Player plays music fine but video is useless...
Have all emails with Creative if buy BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY.. Player
worthless after only 4 months... I Do not feel I should have to pay to
rapair it for 85.00USD when they admitted the problem may have originated
from the factory. Do a google on screen problems of the zen, will pop up
with many complaints...
