I want to burn a wav cd out of mp3 files......
Your burning program has an option to make audio CDs - that is what you want
to do. Right now it appears that you are making a DATA CDR with WAV files,
which CD players cannot recognize.
Look for option to make AUDIO CD - also this option should accept MP3 files
and do the conversion without your intervention. You are limited to about 80
minutes on CD, and some CD players struggle with homemade CDs - sometimes
dependent on brand of media.
