FIRST, when you are transferring, turn off the preview window in
whatever software you are using. SECOND, try another type of
software, such as HDVsplit. THIRD, its not that you have missing
frames its that MOST computers won't play back full HDV very well
without skipping frames. Try exporting the video as mpeg and play it
back to see that its all there.
