Hello to everybody.
I am considering to buy a camera for shooting some indie documentaries
and shorts about environmental issues.
We will be focusing our work on underwater environments, caves and
general natural subjects.
Considering the budget around 1500 usd I am tempted to buy a new SR8
Sony camera as we will be showing our projects on HD-Ready or Full HD
projectors or TVs.
Is this making sense? Should we stick to a SD 3 CCD camera instead?
As software we are using a Final Cut Studio suite on a double core
Mac.
