after owning a Sony DV camcorder for several years I decided I wanted
to seriously downsize and I ended up buying a Canon TX1. Pocket size
may not interest you but if it does this little camera is just
fantastic. It can shoot up to 1280x720 pixels, has a 10z optical zoom
and it really is pocket size, and I'm talking packet of fags. Using
the appropriate cable you can plug the TX1 straight into a HD
widescreen TV and playback has never failed to impress. Because of its
size I take it everywhere I go in my shirt pocket, no lugging bags or
accessories or anything and I film things all the time. Worth checking
out.
