I am considering buying a JVC GZ-HD7 HD camcorder. Can anyone tell me what
the latest is on dealing with the video file format that this camcorder
uses? I have read that it's ".tod" format is a JVC variant on mpeg-2, and
needs to be converted to be able to be edited with Premiere, etc. If you
have had any experience with this camera, especially regarding dealing with
the file format or overall quality, I would love to hear it. Thanks!
