Don't know about that but it *does*mean you didn't read the
instructions. Either d/l the zip file (see paragraph "A") or read
paragraph "B".
BTW, should you be using Vista you can't open help files (which is
what is in the zip) without getting WinHlp32.exe from Microsoft.
