Embellishment and fraudulent are not synonymous.
Most every business suggests they're the best at what they do.
Obviously, it's impossible for everyone to be best. So they're
embellishing the quality of their business, but they're not being
fraudulent, because "best" is subjective.
In the case of Netflix, if you can find where they say they'll ship you
as many discs as they can under your contract, as fast as they can, and
you can prove otherwise, that's fraudulent. I haven't read their fine
print (as I'm satisfied with my two day turnaround on 90+% of my discs),
so I have no idea if that's the case or not.
If all they say is "unlimited," that can mean many things. It could
simply mean there is no specific limit, that it's based on factors such
manpower, availability, customer usage, etc., or a combination of many
different factors. It doesn't necessarily mean as many discs as can
humanly and physically be delivered to you.
